Refund Policy

You are eligible for a 100% discount on the upfront installment you paid (if any) in the following cases:

• You are dissatisfied with the initial design mockup.
• We have not yet started your project or are unable to commence it promptly.
• We are unable to complete the project according to the specified requirements.
• You decide to cancel the project within 24 hours of making the payment.

No refund will be provided if:

• You have already approved the design mockup. This condition does not apply if we are unable to complete the project as per the specified requirements.
• Project delays are caused by a lack of communication from your end.

Get Printer Helps reserves the right to modify the policy mentioned at any time, and you will be notified in a manner deemed appropriate by Get Printer Helps.
